Chilean Wine Dinner with a special Lamb Menu
Wednesday 25th May, 6.30pm. £65 per person including a 5 course meal and paired wines.

Carmen, Chile’s oldest winery dating back to 1850 were pioneers of the country’s signature grape variety, Carmenere. They own vineyards in Chile’s best grape growing regions including Alto Maipo, Casablanca, Leyda & Colchagua.

Sebastian Labbé joined the winemaking team at Carmen in 2005 after gaining his bachelor’s degree in Viticulture and Oenology from Lincoln University in New Zealand. While studying, Labbé worked in Martinborough, a premium cool climate region in New Zealand then worked in Hunter Valley, Australia. He has cultivated a strong and innovative group that scours Chile’s wine regions for the finest expression of each varietal.
